What a Monday Night contract is — and is not
A prediction-market contract is a Yes/No price between 1¢ and 99¢. Buy Yes at 60¢ and you pay 60¢ for a contract that settles at $1 if the event occurs and $0 if it does not. Your maximum loss is what you paid; your maximum gain is $1 minus that cost. There is no lineup, no salary cap, and no deposit-match rollover protecting a floor. One Monday game does not mean one sentence you have to click. We do not quote a Broncos or Chiefs price here.
Read the sentence on the ticket before you map a sportsbook idea onto it. “Will this team win?” is not the same event as a margin question or a combined-score question.
